Keminth Kubo Crosses the Finish Line in P26 at the CatalanGP

At his first attempt in the World Championship Kubo manages to accomplish all the 22 laps of the race and finishes in P26.

Started 30th on the grid and aware this being his first time racing a race this long, Kubo is able to keep his pace throughout all the laps and finish the race, which was his main goal for today.

"I am satisfied with my day. Warm up has been important as we managed to make some steps forward for the race. I made a good start but then I couldn't keep the same pace as the riders in front of me, I guess because I miss some experience. By the way it's been a very useful weekend for me, the whole experience was amazing and I hope to have the chance again in the future. I would like to thank Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd, Yamaha Motor Racing, Thai Yamaha Motor and VR46for supporting me."

"It's been a good weekend overall. We gained a lot of experience that can be useful ahead of the next CEV race here in Montmelò next weekend (9th- 10th- 11th June, ndr). It was important for Kubo to finish the race and so he did, so we can be satisfied. We'll keep working on the data collected in these days and use them for the CEV race."
